One of the biggest challenges with ending the suffering with food is the willingness to trust yourself, to trust what you want and need without channeling all your different hungers through what you eat. When you don’t treat yourself with tenderness, when you aren’t willing to listen to the deepest hungers of your heart, you (and all of us) have a tendency to skip over the true needs and go immediately to food. And in the process, convince yourself that you can’t be trusted.
Our call on Sunday was beautiful because we addressed these issues. And because talking about what really matters always is. So, if you missed it, it’s not too late to hear it and be moved by what’s possible for you, in your life, in your relationship with food. True change is waiting for you. It’s right here. You don’t have to judge or shame or deprive yourself. Trust is possible. Listen and discover.
This streaming audio will be available through Friday, April 8th. Feel free to share it with your friends and family members, or whomever you’d like to invite into our circle.

Thanks once again for your clear visions of how many of us(me) approach food, denying ourselves what we really want and not paying attention to what we have. The concept of how fear works in life was wonderful…pain, suffering. Excellent. So good, thank you.
Thank you so much Geneen! You never fail to inspire.
Just brilliant… as always! I have been listening to what Geneen has to say and reflecting on her guidance since about 2004 when a local friend where I was living in Bermuda at that time, passed me some cassette tapes (remember audio cassettes?!) of Geneen’s and I was hooked ever since on her thoughtful and caring, supportive approach, with fascinating clarity of insight. My most important query is this: “Does Geneen ever cross the Atlantic and do retreats here in Europe? I am living in Southern Spain now, for the past 7 years. It would really be something to attend a retreat so I am just wondering if she will travel to Europe at all? I don’t mind flying to London, UK or wherever, to take part. Thanks for sharing your words of wisdom with us, Geneen! 🙂 Melissa
What a wonderful call! I have spent the last 40 years focusing on food and I certainly do not want to spend the rest of my life doing the same. It’s time for a change. Please release this recording for sale so I can put it on my iPod. I want to begin waking up each morning feeling free from this bondage and food obsession and not suffer for the rest of my life Thank you so much for this call.
