Settling, Calming, Quieting: A Guided Meditation

We know these are full-on, sometimes rocky, sometimes grief-stricken, sometimes tender and loving times, and we want to stay connected you throughout them.

Last Thursday’s meditation was the perfect pause from the drama of our day or the snare of our minds. If you weren’t able to join us, take a break and quiet yourself, come back to your breathing and remembering that in this moment, this very moment, you are safe.
