Settling, Calming, Quieting: A Guided Meditation

With all the challenges of COVID-19, there is also a chance to come home to yourself. A chance to notice what has been haunting you for what seems like forever. A chance to transform your relationship to food, to your body, to yourself.

And so, let’s take the time to be together again — this Thursday, April 16, at 5:30 PM Pacific Time. I’ll lead a guided contemplation and even if the word meditation scares you, join us anyway. You can do this. You can take twenty minutes or half an hour to settle, calm and quiet yourself so that the rest of your day rolls out without agitation.

Gathering together is a balm, and although we will be together via ZOOM, we will still be together.
