Our workshop was a such a blast of joy …

learning, community. People from 15 countries joined the livestream, which was of course, one of the wonders of this technological age. But the best thing was to be together. The best thing was to see that it’s possible to shift the paradigm of food, weight and bodies from shame and deprivation to joy and power. To presence itself. It’s time that we realized that shift really can be made, and that we have the choice and the power to do it. Now. Start with a small step. Taking care of yourself today in a way that you didn’t yesterday: flossing your teeth, making your bed, stretching every hour. Walking outside. When you actually change what you are doing, you change the way you feel about yourself. You start reclaiming your power. It’s not hard, but it does take intention — and then action. Big change follows small changes … it’s a law of the universe. Lucky us.
