Our retreats have been utterly transformed by meeting in person again. Four days of deep diving into your relationship with yourself, food and what really matters.
During our time together, you'll explore your beliefs about abundance, scarcity, relaxation, and kindness. You'll learn tools to begin changing what limits your life and the shape of your body. And, you'll taste what it feels like to end your suffering now and allow your one-of-a-kind fabulousness to manifest. (And after you leave, we offer so much support for that change).

Starting with gentle movement and meditation in the morning, the daily schedule features interactive group sessions with Geneen and small breakout groups. One of the highlights each day is the eating meditation during lunch, when we'll sharing a meal together guided by Geneen.

Opening Day - Thursday, February 6
5:00 pm - Retreat check in
6:30 pm - Opening Session with Geneen
Daily Schedule - Friday and Saturday, February 7-8
7:30 am - Morning Meditation & Movement
11:00 am - Morning Session with Geneen
12:30-1:30 pm - Lunch and Eating Meditation with Geneen
Afternoon - Break time for small groups and activities announced daily
4:30 pm - Afternoon Session with Geneen
6:00 pm - Dinner Break
7:30 pm - Evening Quiet Session
Closing Day - Sunday, February 9
7:30 am - Morning Meditation & Movement
11:00 am - Closing Session with Geneen

Retreat Student Tuition: $1,995 (previously attended an online or in-person multi-day retreat with Geneen)
New Student Tuition : $2,595 (includes a pre-retreat, one-day intensive on Zoom with Geneen)
Deposit required with registration: $695
Travel, meals and overnight accommodations at our hotel destination are additional.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Deposit of $695 due with registration. If paying with a credit card, a 3.75% processing fee is added to your payment. Tuition balance is due December 6, 2024.

Cancellations: Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations by December 6, 2024, 50% of total tuition is refundable; after December 6, 2024, the full tuition is non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Before joining, please ensure that you do not have schedule conflicts and can make travel arrangements to the retreat location. Please do not sign up if you are in any way unsure about your ability to attend, or if you or a loved one has a medical condition that has the potential to prevent you from traveling.
