“Her insights and simple practices will help you rediscover the power to live your most vibrant life.”
Glennon DoyleThis retreat may be for you if:
- You’ve spent years trying to improve yourself but still feel something is missing.
- You’re tired of judging yourself.
- You want a more peaceful relationship with food, your body, or your life.
- You’ve achieved many of your goals but still don’t feel settled.
- You’re ready to stop postponing happiness.
If You’ve Been Waiting To Feel Better About Yourself…
Many of us live as if real life is waiting just beyond the next achievement, the next breakthrough, the next version of ourselves.
We tell ourselves:
- I’ll relax when I lose the weight.
- I’ll be happy when I find the relationship.
- I’ll feel worthy when I accomplish enough.
- I’ll finally trust myself when I’ve healed a little more.
And so we wait.
For permission.
For certainty.
For some future moment when life can truly begin.
Geneen Roth’s work begins with a different question:
What if the life you’ve been waiting for is already here?
What You’ll Discover During These Four Days
This isn’t a retreat about becoming someone else.
It’s an invitation to discover what remains when the struggle to improve yourself begins to loosen.
Together we’ll explore:
- A more compassionate relationship with yourself
- Freedom and peace with food and your body
- The beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling “not enough”
- How to trust your own experience
- What it means to be fully present with your life
- The possibility that nothing essential is missing

Why Thousands Have Turned To Geneen Roth
For more than four decades, Geneen Roth has helped people discover that lasting freedom doesn’t come from fixing themselves, it comes from ending the struggle against themselves.
Her work has touched hundreds of thousands of lives through bestselling books, retreats, workshops, and appearances with Oprah Winfrey, helping people uncover the beliefs that keep them waiting for life to begin.
What makes her approach different is its simplicity:
The freedom you seek is not somewhere else.
The person you need to become is not someone else.
The invitation is to discover what has been here all along.
