In this retreat, we will create a spacious, embodied container to notice where you have left yourself, and to practice coming home — to your body, your knowing, and your capacity to choose from presence rather than fear.

Starting with gentle movement and meditation in the morning, the daily schedule features interactive group sessions with Geneen and small breakout groups. One of the highlights each day is the eating meditation during lunch, when we'll share a meal together guided by Geneen.
Retreat Schedule:
Opening Day - Thursday, July 16
Retreat Check-in and Opening Session with Geneen
Friday and Saturday, July 17-18
Start the day with Meditation & Movement, followed by a Morning Session and Guided Lunch with Geneen.
Break time for small groups and other activities announced daily, followed by an Afternoon Session with Geneen.
Closing Day - Sunday, July 19
Meditation & Movement and a Closing Session with Geneen.

The Wailea Healing Center does not offer guest accommodations. There are many housing options in the Kihei/Wailea area of Maui, including hotels, AirBnBs, and VRBOs. If you do not plan to rent a car, Lyfts or Ubers are an easy option for transportation to/from the retreat center.
TUITION
The retreat fee includes all sessions with Geneen, group activities, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and materials provided during the retreat. Accommodations, transportation and other meals are not included in the tuition.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations by May 13, 2026, you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit and any credit card fees paid. After May 13, 2026, the full tuition is non-refundable, non-transferrable.
