Shipping and Returns
Our Guarantee
We gladly accept returns for any defective items or incorrect items on an order. Just return the item within 15 days in good condition for a refund, credit, or exchange. Please note the reason for the return and include your name and phone number. Downloadable products are not refundable.
Shipping and Handling in the USA
Please allow 2-5 days for processing of your order. Once shipped, your order will be received in approximately 7-10 days via USPS. California residents pay 9% sales tax. Shipping charges are $6 per item and $2 for each additional item.
Canada
International orders may take several weeks depending on the country and shipping method. For Canadian orders, shipping charges are $15 for the first item and $4 for each additonal item.
All Other Countries
For all orders outside the US and Canada, shipping charges are $20 for the first item and $4 for each additional item.
Duty
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
