RETREAT TUITION: $1845 Early Bird Rate - $1995 Tuition Rate (after 6/1/17)

$595 Deposit – Due upon registration.

Tuition is exclusive of accommodations/meals, which are paid directly to Asilomar Conference Center. The room rates listed below are the total per person for all 5 nights at the retreat and include all of your meals and applicable state and local room taxes and food & beverage service fees.

Private Room: $1,320 / Shared Double Room: $855 per person

TRAVEL: If you will be traveling from a distance, the closest airports are San Francisco International (SFO ), San Jose International (SJC) and Monterey Airport (MRY). Shuttle service (for a fee) will be available from all airports by Monterey Airbus. Allow 2-3 hours travel time between Asilomar and San Jose and San Francisco airports, respectively. Monterey Airport is 15 minutes from Asilomar by taxi (average cost of $35). Confirmation of Registration: You will receive email confirmation of your registration directly from Judy Ross, Manager, from Retreats@GeneenRoth.com. Your confirmation will include further information on the retreat, travel details to guide in making flight arrangements, and information on how to book your accommodations (including meals) for the retreat.


Registration Payment Policy:

  • $595 down payment ($350 non-refundable/non-transferable).
  • Payment by accepted credit cards or check (made payable to "Geneen Roth & Associates Inc.").
  • Balance of retreat fees are due 12 weeks before the first day of the retreat (August 8, 2017). If registering after August 8, 2017, the balance of  tuition will be processed upon confirmation of registration to the credit card in the system.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing to "Geneen Roth & Associates, Inc." (email, fax, or USPS). Cancellations received 12 weeks or more prior to the first day of the retreat (by August 8, 2017): You will receive a full refund less a $350 non-refundable/non-transferable administration fee.
  • Cancellations received between 12-8 weeks prior to the first day of the retreat (by September 12, 2017): You will receive a 50% credit of the registration fee to be transferred to the next scheduled Women Food and God Retreat with space available. This credit is available only if your cancelled space is filled with another registration prior to the start of the retreat. The credit is null and void if not used at the specified retreat.
  • Cancellations received less than 8 weeks in advance of the first day of the retreat (after September 12, 2017): No refunds, transfers or credits will be given for any reason.
